Return process
Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery date.  Initial shipping costs are not returned. Refunds are given in the form of store credit.  Returns are subject to a restocking fee, see more information on restocking fees below.

Item(s) must be received back in the same condition as they were sold, with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, etc.) if applicable. Please make sure all items are packed securely when returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a return.

Restocking and Processing Fees: as part of our commitment to exceptional service, there is a $25 restocking fee which covers a detailed inspection to ensure the item is in the condition and ready to be sold to the next customer.

Return Shipping Responsibility: For your peace of mind, we recommend adding insurance to the return shipment. Please note that The Greener Edit cannot be held liable for lost return packages, or any related delays.

Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee each and every item we sell.  If an item you purchased is found to be not authentic, we will approve a return and refund your original method of payment.  Please contact us so that we can investigate & make it right.
